Fee Waiver Submission Form

Fill out this request form and upload a copy of your court document(s) showing that the court has waived the fees for the Co-Parenting component of your Divorce, or a copy of your indigent status paperwork. All information must be answered, unless marked (optional).

1. Provide Case Information Each state and county have slightly different course requirements. Please tell us where you have or intend to file a domestic relations action.
2. Create your User Profile Children in Between Online accounts are for use by one person, and each person taking the course must use a unique email address.

Please enter your full name exactly as you want it to appear on your certificate of completion.

Password must be at least 4 characters, and contain at least 1 letter and 1 non-letter.

3. Upload your Court Paperwork Upload one copy of the signed court documents that state that your co-parent education fees should be waived because you have met their standards for assistance.
